spacious rooms, air conditioning above bed, close proximity to street food vendors
The noise level from the bar across the road was too disruptive for a good night's sleep!!! The door to the balcony did little to block out outside sounds, quite bothersome!!!

enjoyed the place, had a fairly nice stay on a 1 day road trip. location: the hotel was just next door to the temple, food market, and convenient stores. it also was right off the canal. the views of city were fantastic and the staff members were extremely helpful.

Enjoyed the unique breakfast options with a delicious rice porridge that was surprisingly good. If you have noise sensitivity, ask for a room away from the bar side.

The atmosphere in the hotel is unique. It feels quite different from a traditional hotel. Our room had a Japanese influence, which was interesting, but I found the shower didn't heat up as much as I'd like. The location is superb for exploring Chiang Mai, with temples like Wat Lok Moli and Wat Phra Singh just a short walk away. The staff were eager to help, especially in arranging taxis. I did notice that the towels could use an update, and the noise from the nearby bar was noticeable at night.

The location was perfect for us, close to markets and temples. We enjoyed some ziplining nearby and took some time for mountain biking adventures. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast options with a lot of Asian flavors. Friendly staff added to our great experience.
One downside was the Wi-Fi. It kept buffering and disconnecting , frustrating when we just wanted to relax and catch up on some shows.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend stopover in Chiang Mai with great value. The breakfast included a good rice porridge that I really enjoyed. For those who are sensitive to noise, try to avoid rooms that face the street.

A spacious room with a comfortable bed, complemented by helpful staff who upgraded us on arrival. The proximity to temples and street food vendors ensured there was plenty to explore nearby. The lack of closed storage in the room was disappointing, and breakfast options could lean more toward variety, as the lobby's open design might leave an overwhelming food smell. Wi-Fi was reliable, but only local channels on TV limited entertainment options during downtime.

great service but noisy surroundings
The staff were really good, especially Mason at the front desk who upgraded our room for our anniversary. He provided great local insights that enhanced our exploration. The city view from our Beautiful King Room was fine.
The noise from the nearby bar was noticeable during the night.

Great spot, but needs a few tweaks
The location is a win! Close to the night markets and food stalls, which I loved. Our room was unique with that split-level design, but watch your toes on the platform! The bathroom lacked some essentials too. Breakfast was decent, with loads of choices. Just wish they had a full-length mirror!
